Consider adding in one of these activities for your whole family this summer. It will truly help transform the lives of vulnerable children, and it will be a reminder to you—and a valuable lesson to your own children—that if feels good to do good.

1. Host a garage sale or bake sale for LSM.

This is a great family activity. Whether you need to clean out your clutter this summer or want to do some baking, this is a fun way to get the word out into your local community about the work LSM is doing, and it allows your friends and neighbors to get personally involved in helping to change lives.

2. Host a Lemon:AID Stand for Haiti!

Help your kids set up a lemonade stand that raises money for vulnerable children. Keep it simple with homemade posters, yummy lemonade and homemade cookies. Set out a bucket for donations instead of asking for a specific amount. Checks can be made payable to “LSM.”
