As foster parents in the 1980's, Jeni and I became passionate about the 143,000,000 orphaned and at-risk children around the world. LSM is a means by which we can bring at-risk and orphaned children into Christian families in their own country or via adoption into U.S. Christian families. We are passionate about letting children experience the Father's heart in the absolute best environment – a family.

I serve at Loving Shepherd Ministries in a dual capacity. For the past three years I have raised awareness of the needs of orphaned children as a videographer/photographer. I have traveled to Haiti several times to capture and present the heart and needs of these special children. I truly feel that a picture is worth a thousand words. I also serve in providing supplies and resources to our LSM Homes of Hope and our ranch in Haiti. I am married to Jen who also serves with LSM. |

It has been a blessing to assist over 4,000 families with their adoption journeys. I have been the Adoption Resources Manager at Loving Shepherd Ministries for the past seven years. I have a bachelor's degree in psychology and assist families in determining their specific options and eligibility for adoption. My husband and I have 4 children and are blessed to be able to serve the Lord by caring for the needs of orphans worldwide. |

For almost twenty years I have worked in design and development of cold storage food distribution facilities. Recently God has made it clear that He has called me to follow Him, by working in His Kingdom, at LSM. My role and privilege is to engage U.S. business people with the ministry, as we develop deep and targeted solutions centered around the Gospel for orphaned, abandoned and at-risk children. |

After working for 30 years in the corporate sales environment, I felt called to serve orphans and vulnerable children through LSM. I love developing relationships with new people and seeing God at work in their lives. It’s my prayer that I can advance the cause of the orphan (James 1:27) by effectively communicating the heart of LSM’s mission and the heart of our heavenly Father. I am excited to see the Kingdom advance! I am thankful to be married to Mark. We have 4 grown children and make our home in Gridley, IL. |

God opened the door for me to begin working at LSM in September 2008. I handle the Home of Hope sponsorship program. Giving children the opportunity to have their lives transformed from hopelessness to fulfillment and purpose through the love of a family allows me to live out my passion through my job. |

Since coming on staff in July 2009, I have been blessed to be able to use my degree in Graphic Design within an amazing ministry. Through designing presentations and marketing materials, my prayer is that God would use these efforts to mobilize His people to be His hands and feet. I see in the eyes of every child we help a ray of hope – and to be a piece in that work is truly incredible. |

Darryl and Stephanie are Global Orphan Advocates. With their combined years of ministry and experience they bring a unique perspective on the plight of orphans. For over 25 years they have been involved in the cause of orphans worldwide. Their message demonstrates the awesome sovereignty of God and the power of the Cross in people’s lives. Abandonment and abuse can be turned into God’s purpose causing the fatherless to experience the love of the “Father.” They spread an encouraging powerful message of hope and forgiveness to orphans all over the world and advocate that every child should have the opportunity to live in a “Forever Family." |

I have a passion for seeing orphans experience the love of Jesus. Working in Central IL, I serve as a connecting point between Loving Shepherd Ministries and a number of various groups. I count it a privilege to spend my retirement years on behalf of the fatherless, knowing that these precious children are close to God's heart. |

After thirty-three plus years of practicing dentistry, medical technology, bookkeeping and home schooling three sons, Susan and I have been led to redirect our remaining healthy years to the area of passion that was born on a trip to Haiti in the late '80's. The flames of that passion were fanned by many one week trips to Jamaica and Mexico over the ensuing years. That passion centers around the ravages of extreme poverty and its effect on orphaned and helpless children. We know that God's heart hurts for the plight of the fatherless just like ours does and we feel an urgent need to be a part of His plan to help. It was a given for us to be drawn to LSM's mission to bring children into loving families. |

After many years of short term missions in Haiti, the Lord has given me the privilege to use my gifts He’s given me in serving with LSM to develop a ranch near Fonfred, Haiti. What a blessing I have to be a part of providing young adults with the ability to fulfill His promise to them in Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV) For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. |

My family and I originate from Francesville, Indiana and have a farming background. We first came to Haiti in January of 2000 and since then we had the unique opportunity to volunteer for LSM for nearly 2 years. During this time we could see how the program worked, as we witnessed first-hand how lives were being changed, and how God was blessing the work. We learned a lot about the good, listening leadership behind it. Our work will be with the Homes of Hope, the Restavek Pastor Training program, and future programs as the Lord leads. We are eager about helping to change the lives of these many children both from a spiritual standpoint and helping to provide a good future for them. We are very excited about the vision of LSM, the future opportunities, and being a part of God’s work here in Haiti through Loving Shepherd Ministries. |
