History

Loving Shepherd Ministries was founded in 2002 by Ed Schwartz, a pastor with a heart to help needy children.  The ministry was started as an outreach to assist families who wanted to adopt but didn’t know how.  Since then, Loving Shepherd Ministries has become a diversified ministry dedicated to fulfilling the Biblical mandate to care for orphans.
